WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something that you can move freely in, leggings and T-shirt or shorts and T-shirt is perfect.
After your Trial
We will contact you to find out if you liked your sessions, and to answer any questions you may have. We will send you all the information on joining us in September, if you wish to continue.
